When you hired Eastover Capital Management to manage your portfolio, we were privy to very personal nonpublic information about you. This information includes your address, telephone number, age, social security number, marital status, net worth and financial holdings. We restrict access to this information to service providers involved in administrating and servicing your account. Otherwise, this information is not shared with anyone except at your request.

These confidences will be scrupulously observed and respected by all Eastover employees during the investment advisor-client relationship and thereafter. No employee will disclose the identity, investments or affairs of any client without proper authorization.
